You are the one who holds everything together

You’re capable. Organised. The person everyone else leans on. And underneath it, you are exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t touch — because you spend your days managing yourself: the dread before a meeting, the racing heart when the phone rings, the bracing for whatever might go wrong.

You’ve tried to fix it. Therapy, books, courses, apps, perhaps medication. Some of it helped for a while. But the anxiety always comes back, and somewhere along the way you’ve started to wonder whether this is simply who you are — whether some people just are wired tight, and you’re one of them.

You’re not. And you don’t have to spend the rest of your life managing this.

Why nothing has reached it

Here’s what I’ve found, in my own body and in the women I work with: anxiety that won’t shift, no matter what you try, usually isn’t a mindset problem. It’s a nervous system stuck in survival mode — held there by primitive reflexes that were meant to integrate in infancy and didn’t.That’s why talking hasn’t fixed it. You cannot reason with a reflex; it was set before you could speak. And it’s why this work is different — we don’t try to think our way out. We work with the body, gently, to switch the alarm off at its source.You won’t have to relive your trauma to do this. You won’t have to retell the worst things that have happened to you. This is body-based work, and it reaches what talking can’t.

What working together looks like

We work together over six months, because nervous system change is real change — and real change settles in gradually, in the body, not overnight.It begins with understanding your nervous system: what’s switched on, what’s holding you on alert, and why. From there I teach you the specific movements that integrate those reflexes — simple, gentle, a few minutes a day. You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or brave. Alongside the body work, we use what I’ve learned over twenty-five years about how women come home to themselves: reclaiming your boundaries, your energy, your sense of who you are underneath the anxiety.We meet regularly, one to one. Between sessions you’ll have simple practices and my support. It’s private, it’s paced to you, and it’s entirely yours.This is for you even if you’ve tried everything else. Especially if you’ve tried everything else.
